Autoimmune disease refers to the disease caused by the body’s immune response to its own antigen and its own tissue damage. Among them, igA-RF and LGG-RF are easy to detect, while LGG-RF is difficult to detect. About 50% igG-RF is missed, which is one of the reasons for “latent rheumatoid factor”.

After the body is infected with group A streptococcus due to pharyngitis, tonsillitis, scarlet fever, erysipelas, pyoderma and rheumatic fever, Streptolysin O antibody, namely “anti-Streptolysin O (ASO)”, can be produced.

When the anti-DNase B antibody level is elevated, it indicates that GAS infection is present or has been infected before. The anti-DNase B test is of great diagnostic value for GAS infection.
